- In-Home Measure: One of our designers will schedule a professional in-home measure of your space to take measurements and pictures. An in-home measure helps determine costs and design the right space.
- Design Stage: Based on the measurements and ideas discussed during the in-home measure, the designer will create a 3D rendering of your space.
- Design Review and Discussion: This step will take place in our showroom, where the designer will review the design with you and make adjustments based on your preferences. During this meeting, you will also have the opportunity to finalize selections that will help determine the overall cost of your project.
- Estimate Review: We will thoroughly go over the detailed estimate for your remodeling project. This comprehensive review will cover all aspects of the project, allowing you to see and understand each cost component. By examining each cost element, you will gain a complete understanding of the financial scope of your project leading to a smoother remodeling experience.
- Finalizing and Scheduling: Once the design and pricing details are finalized, the next step is to sign the contract, complete the confirmation measurements, and arrange the down payment. Finalize full project selections. Once this is complete, our project manager will schedule your pre-construction meeting, allowing you to plan for the temporary unavailability of your space during the construction.
- Construction: During this phase, the designer and project manager will be in touch with you during each step. We want you to be thrilled with the results.
- Welcoming Your New Space: Finishing up the final details to your satisfaction, conducting a final site walk, and making the final payment once your space is completed.
